11-12th Sept 08 : Basic Strength Training Workshop with Jerrican Tan

Get your strength training techniques right with Jerrican Tan!

This 6-hour group personal training session is engineered for the general public and fitness professionals. Participants will learn how to execute free weight exercises like deadlifts, clean & press, rows and many more. Learn how to overcome the issue of ‘not feeling the right muscles’ in this workshop - 100% Real and Practical!

Jerrican Tan is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified
Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant, with many years experience in the fitness industry both as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Manager. Jerrican was nominated as the top fitness manager of Fitness First in year 2005. Jerrican is also a former Mr. Malaysia Junior, Mr. Asia Junior finalist and Mr. Penang. He was nominated as the Most Promising Sportsman of Penang in 2002 and is also an official state bodybuilding judge and contributes to Men’s Health Magazine, Malaysia. Jerrican specializes in advanced strength training, lifestyle & weight management and programme design for healthy adults.
