GNC Pro Performance- Supplements I’ve tried
by Noel Chelliah on Tuesday, Nov 22, 2005
If you’re a regular shopper at GNC Live Well stores, you would know that they have their own range of vitamins and sports nutrition supplements. They’ve come a long way to what they were early during early 2000. They’ve now got athlete endorsements (Team Pro) and an amazing array of products, which I believe are of outstanding quality.
Here are the GNC Pro Performance products I’ve personally tried since 2002.
(Before they opened in Malaysia – I used to get them from overseas)
Weight Gainer 1850 – Chocolate
Creatine Monohydrate – Unflavoured powder
Effervescent Creatine – Fruit punch flavour
Mega Whey – Vanilla
100% Whey Protein – Vanilla, Chocolate
Mega MRP – Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry
GNC Total Lean
You could get detailed information on their products by visiting the GNC Pro Performance website, or check back soon for an independant review by me.

whats the ultimate weight gainer?
Hey ADI, sorry for this incredibly late reply as I was away for Christmas. The Ultimate Weight gainer is basically – a weight gainer. For those aiming to bulk up, it helps increase your calorie intake in a controlled, balanced, and convenient manner. Bulking up by eating everything in sight can lead to unwanted fat gain. A weight gainer is a better alternative if you have the cash to spare. Otherwise, there are still other simple methods to increase your calorie intake.
