Dude, I tried this recipe…It is awesome man!!! Simple, easy and tastes real good! Really enjoyed it with bread or even hi-fibre crackers…Came up with my own variants too. Check them out:

3 Whole Eggs
3 Slice of cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of Milk
——–Savoury———– (Option 1)
1/4 Young Onion (diced)
1/4 Red Chilli (diced)
dash of Lea&Perrins
——–Sweet————– (Option 2)
1 tbsp Pure Honey
2 tbsp Almonds (crushed)
2 tbsp Cornflakes

Crack eggs into Microwaveable container and heat on Full Power for 1 minute. Take out and add cheese, milk and (option) ingredients and mix well. Reheat on full power for 30 seconds.

The milk gives the omellette a softer texture and it also smells damn good! I know a lot of you will be giving me weird looks on the sweet option but i tried it and it tastes awesome too…Just to add some variety coz u can get bored with juz a plain omelette or the savoury option pretty fast.

Enjoy!
