Daily Routine – 7th Dec 05
by Noel Chelliah on Thursday, Dec 8, 2005
Today was basically a rest day, so it was 25 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, and no weight training today. The electronics of the treadmill says I burnt about 300 calories but I dont trust these machines though.. I believe they can be quite innacurate, especially if you don’t key in your weight and just hit the ‘quick start’ button. Meals today were pretty standard too.
Wasnt able to do my morning cardio on an empty stomach as I had to be in the office at 8 today.
06:50AM – Wake up
07:05AM – Meal: 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition’s Whey Protein + half cup milk, 2 high fiber jacob’s cream crackers, 5 prunes, 500mg Vitamin C, 1 Multivitamin
10:30 AM – Meal: 1 slice wholemeal bread + 1/2 Can tuna, 3 of the same crackers, 1 cup coffee
02:00 PM – Meal: 1 slice wholemeal bread + remaining 1/2 Can tuna + 3 of the same crackers + 2 caps Tribulus
05:30 PM – Meal: 1 apple, 3 large tbsp quaker instant oats mixed into 1 glass hot milk
08:00 PM – 25 mins cardio
08:25 PM – Meal: 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition’s Whey Protein + 1 serving Creatine
09:45 PM – 3 average-sized pieces of chicken + 1 portion of brocolli/cauliflower (boiled)
01:30 AM – Off to bed
* I ran out of milk today. Otherwise I would have had a glass of milk for breakfast and in the evening as well
* I need to get more sleep.. 5+ hours a day is NOT ENOUGH. I gotta aim for 7 hours at least.
