Did you know that milk and honey are the only two articles of a diet whose sole function in nature is food? That would pretty much explain why the nutritional value of milk is high.

Today was basically a rest day, so it was 25 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, and no weight training today. The electronics of the treadmill says I burnt about 300 calories but I dont trust these machines though.. [click to continue...]
