What was your turning point?

Most people who enroll themselves in a gym or get started in a fitness routine would have a reason or ’story’ behind their action. This is what I call a Turning Point.

Maybe at some point in life, you’ve told yourself:

- I can’t take being teased for being fat anymore; or
- I’m fed up of not being able to fit into these gorgeous dresses;
- If he can lose all that weight, why can’t I?
