dailymuscle’s Compilation of Everyday Weight Loss Tips
Filed in: Weight Loss, Fitness Facts - May 22nd, 2007 |
As I sit here at my desk to go through my email… I receive another 3 more in my Inbox, with the subject: “Melt fat easily”, “Make your fat friends envy you”, and “Healthy living with less fat”. But does a single one of them talk about healthy eating habits and lifestyle? Of course not.
Sigh… and have you realised, that the majority of junk mail we receive are either related to sex, or weightloss? Doesn’t that sort of tell you that just like the filth of pornography and sex that enslaves the world today, we are also in a way, ‘enslaved’ by obesity, bad eating habits and an unhealthy lifestyle that’s not getting any better?
Introduction
I’m planning to pretty much sum up ALL the advice on weight loss/maintaining bodyweight that I can think of, that I myself believe in, and at many times in my life, have put to practice myself. Feel free to add your own tips to this list on the comments section - but justify your tip, and don’t just make a blind suggestion. If I like your tip, I’d convert it into a whole post on it’s own, and credit you as the contributor for the tip.
Regular dailymuscle readers may not be reading anything new, but I felt the need to have these thoughts/tips lined up one after the other, in no particular order. Real advice, real things you can do, down-to-earth tips, all very do-able, that you can slip into your everyday life. All that’s needed now… is your willingness to learn and to do so.
Hopefully, this would wake some of you up and make you realise that perhaps its time to make an effort to take charge of your physique and get fit now.
Here’s the list! Stay tuned for more as I keep writing.
Tip #1 - Take Before and After Photos to Document Progress
Tip #2 - A Change Of Lifestyle
Tip #3 - Do Not Always Believe What People Tell You
Tip #4 - CARDIO is the Key
Tip #5 - Start NOW!
Tip #6 - Eat Breakfast Like A King
Tip #7 - Kick The Sugar Habit
*It is always good to see your physician if you’re overweight and wish to start on an exercise/weightloss program of any sort. The advice in my list may be inappropriate for people with diagnosed/undiagnosed diabetes, hypertension, or other problems.
