Who doesn’t like to see BEFORE and AFTER photos of someone who’s lost some weight? Even if you come across an ad for a weight loss centre – they use a before and after photograph (it might surprise you to know that most of them are touched-up, and the fact that they make their subjects wear long black dresses proves that it HAS been manipulated, cos it’s easier to draw/define the curves on a black image against the lighter background)… But wouldn’t it be cool if you had your very OWN before and after pictures?
There’s no better way to document and prove your progress than to have actual VISUAL proof – proof that you can show to your friends and boast about! (hey, you deserve it!)
To measure progress – take pictures of yourself (without your shirt/top on, of course) once a week, for example every Sunday, and BE REALISTIC – don’t be disappointed if you don’t see results when comparing with the previous week’s photograph – at your best, the most bodyweight you should be safely losing is about 1kg per week. Expect to see noticeable results when comparing Week 1 with Week 3, or Week 1 with Week 4, and so on.
What makes this a fantastic weight loss ‘aid’ is the motivation this can bring you – the powerful motivation of being able to visually compare progress is something you need to experience for yourself in order to believe.

wut u said abt e befor/after pics of weight loss centres are TRUE.
i rather think tt once a wk pic taking is prob too soon.. ppl may get demoralizd easily/easier if they dont see results within e wk or even two or three. then think tt nothing’s wrking.
it’s possible to get friends to judge. honest ppl of course. esp those tt u rarely see. ;)
