dailymuscle.com now exceeds 200 SUBSCRIBED readers!

200 subscribed readers!

It has been about 2 years since I first started sharing my views on this website - and though 200 readers may not seem like much when compared to some of the other blogs around that easily have 2000+ subscribed readers, I am proud of my accomplishment. I am proud to have you guys post comments, write to me (for any reason at all), and to spread word about my site to your friends. Dailymuscle.com is what it is today because of YOU!

It is said that for every 1 person that interacts/leaves a comment on the website, there are at least another 10 who just read but not participate. What more for every one that opts in to my subscription list? :)

I truly am honoured, and glad, that you, my faithful readers see value in my opinions that you choose to subscribe to my feed. Perhaps this is a great opportunity for me to encourage those of you who have NOT YET subscribed to my email update.

What is my email update about?
It would be great if every one of my active readers would be a part of this! Basically, by signing up, what you get is an email sent out to you everytime I put up a new post on my website. This would eliminate the need for you to keep coming back to my site to check if there are any updates. Also, coming up really really soon, I’m planning on making my email updates contain exclusive EMAIL ONLY content - including product giveaways, contests, and stuff that I would love to share on a more personal basis rather than as a post on my website.

Big thumbs up on your success DM. As always, if you need any help with anything, let me know. Also, you think you could branch out some of your prizes and give-aways to us in the States? We like free stuff too. ;)

Hit me up on facebook sometime. I’m always (unfortunately) on it.

Hey quick question that is off the subject of this thread. I work out in the morning around 6am. I started taking NO-Explode. The directions say I must take it on a empty stomach. I wake so early that I can’t eat breakfast and then wait 2 hours. When I decided not to eat breakfast and take the no-explode I was feeling weird. I had way less muscle fatigue but I was so hungry that it made the workout alot tougher than it had to be. But with all this I still had my best lifts in months. So to get to the main point do you have to take no-explode on a empty stomach, or can I eat and then take no-explode like 30 min later. Well I look foward to your answer.

Marcos: You asked this on another thread - BSN’s N.O. Xplode Review - Are You Ready for a MIND-BLOWING Workout at your Gym? I’ve answered you there.

Thanks!

Nice job! I just found your blog last week and have enjoyed it immensely. I especially like your recent advice on personal training (wish I read it before I signed up with a personal trainer - live and learn!). Anyway, thanks for the great site … don’t be surprised if you find me linking to it on MY blog, which I wish could boast as many readers as yours. =)
