Get FIT - Muscle Up is a personalised, professional workshop aimed at those with exercise experience, and who wish to pack on some muscle/bodyweight. It is open for both men and women.

Jerrican is not only an American Council on Exercise® (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, but he is also a Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant (probably the only one in the country, also ACE certified). To add on, and so that you understand the value of this workshop, the typical cost of an ACE personal trainer here in Malaysia is nothing less than RM180 per session(hour).
