Just a short note to welcome readers from The Yoga Instructor - Ninie Ahmad’s blog!
Ninie just today mentioned me on both her blogs http://theyogainstructordiaries.blogspot.com and http://theyogainstructorfooddiaries.blogspot.com in her story “The Importance of Realizing Your Problem, Admitting It, Wanting To Get Better and Seeking Help“.
In her posts, Ninie, who is also the Official Ambassador/Brand Ambassador for the Adidas Yoga line ‘Stella McCartney’ talks about how she has over the past few weeks taken charge of her eating habits, physical activity, and is now enjoying the benefits of having a Professional Personal Trainer.
As Ninie also mentioned in her blog, we first met in early 2007 and we became instant friends immediately after.
You can read her blog posts here:

If this is your first time at my blog, DailyMuscle.com - allow me to give you a quick ‘tour’.
DailyMuscle.com is a blog about all things related to fitness, and not solely about BODYBUILDING or big muscular men as most people would come to expect from the title. In fact, over 70% of my readers and those who write me emails are women from all over the world.
For personal reasons, I am an anonymous Blogger - so except for the very few people that I have met in person via this blog, my identity as the DailyMuscle blogger remains a secret. I have hidden my identity since April 2005 - and hope to reveal who I really am before the end of the year 2009. ;)

Me with my 1 year-old Nephew.
I have been blogging on Health and Fitness since April 2005, and today, I am proud to say that I have quit my full time job in the IT Industry (where I worked for 8 years), and pursued my passion and now am a certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), based in Malaysia. My clients mean a lot to me, and I conduct private sessions with them at homes, condominium gyms and at select Fitness Centres.

ACE-certified - Lapel Pin and Identification Card. I wear mine proudly at all times when working with a client.
Hundreds of thousands of health and fitness related blogs have sprung up on the web over the past few years. There are also thousands of ‘diet programmes’ and dozens of people claiming to be experts. However, very few of them practice what they preach or have the credentials and track record to back up their claims.
As Malaysia’s FIRST Professional Fitness Blogger, it is my desire to help educate and empower you, especially if you’re Malaysian since my blog is more relevant to the Malaysian community.
If you’re starting to wonder already how I am different, read my whole story in the About Me page.
