Dear readers, just to give you all a heads up that there’s currently an ongoing ‘Tell us your Biggest Loser story’ contest with a $1000 (US Dollars) prize!
This online contest, organized by NBC Universal and the Hallmark Channel, requires you to submit before/after weight loss photos and to share your journey/story - and you will stand a chance to win the cash prize. You may even be featured on the Hallmark channel!
Yes, this is just an awareness contest - and not the actual Biggest Loser show (it’s coming SOON to Asia though!). And regardless of whether you lost 20lbs or 200lbs - a weight loss story will always be a weight loss story. You just never know who you may touch by sharing what you went through.
So if you’ve got a life-changing story to share - or perhaps you just feel compelled to tell people about your weight loss experience - then go ahead, and inspire the world by taking part in this contest!
Or if you like - also share your story with me (be it 1kg, or 100kg) - if I find it inspiring, I’ll make sure it gets featured on DailyMuscle.com. Just drop me a note on my Contact page. You’ve got nothing to lose!

That’s a great incentive.
So.. is anyone planning on entering this contest?
I have a weight loss story unfortunatly I have no photos on my computer . I have photos from film though. Anyway my story is this.
Five months ago I weighed 320 pounds. I was considering getting gastric bypass done to lose the weight , i even went to the seminar.
I watched “The Biggest Loser ” for the first time , I was so inspired by the show I thought if they can do it without surgery then I can . I bought the book “The Biggest Loser ” 30 day jump start. I followed the diet and exercise schdule that first 30 days I lost 25 pounds .
I continued my diet by counting calories , and working out to the biggest loser bootcamp dvd.
In the last five months I have lost a total of 90 pounds.I now weigh 230, I have another 75 pounds to lose , I have joined the local gym and continue to workout daily.
Patricia: That’s an incredible story - that goes to show that it was all in your mind holding you back. Well done, I am very happy for you - live long, and live strong!
I am wondering if they have released the list of winners.
