So who is Markus Rühl?
Markus Rühl (born 22 February 1972 in Darmstadt, Germany) is a IFBB professional bodybuilder. Markus is most well known for his freakish size[citation needed]. Ruhl began training at the age of 19, after recoverying from a knee injury he sustained while playing soccer. At 145 lb., Ruhl began training hard six days a week until deciding to compete on a professional level four years later. During this period he worked as a used car salesman.
