Update - the interview went on really well, and I had a great time on air. Click HERE to listen online via the BFM website podcast.

This is my second experience with a radio interview (the first being about a month back, also with BFM on my views about the Teaching of Maths & Science in BM , and how the fitness industry will suffer in Malaysia.

So for all of you who have been wondering about some details like

why I decided to become a Personal Trainer
why I choose to remain an anonymous blogger
people I have worked with/trained
