80 days to go to the 2nd Asia Fitness Convention, once again held in Bangkok, Thailand. This year’s event – AFC 2010 – takes place from September 17th to 19th, 2010 in Bangkok at the world class Bangkok Convention Centre @ Centara Grand. My honest opinion is that even if you’re a ‘fitness junkie’, you’re going to really love this convention, so this is not only for Fitness Professionals – but for the serious fitness enthusiasts as well.
I’ve already signed up for this year – and this 2010, we’re going to see the favourites from last year come back – we’ve got Douglas Brooks, Peter Twist, Steve Cotter, The American Council on Exercise, Fraser Quelch (TRX), Jim Stoppani (Muscle and Fitness) and many others.
For the full list of presenters and details on the Convention, head over to the official website:

“I want to be at Asia Fitness Convention 2010… to learn about my body and muscles daily throughout the convention!
I want to be at Asia Fitness Convention 2010 because I want to teach GF programs in daily basis better, so I can manage my brain and my muscle to be smarter!
I want to be at Asia Fitness Convention 2010 because after attending AFC2009, I’ve been dreaming daily about going again to see all the amazing muscle on display and to absorb all the knowledge and experience that is shared!
I want to be at Asia Fitness Convention 2010 to witness a gathering of like-minded individuals – it’s not your typical daily affair… at the same time, I get to see all that muscle on display on some really hot guys. :-D
I want to be at Asia Fitness Convention 2010 because the trainers at my gym suck – they’re fat with no muscle tone and I need help. I’ve been going through that daily, so it’s time I took matters into my own hands!
Zemien: It would be so cool if you won this year too! :-)
I want to be at Asia Fitness Convention 2010 because fitness is a DAILY affair for me… and why does this female love building MUSCLE? Because I look absolutely stunning in my bare-back dresses!
DM: Haha, no harm trying – lightning can strike twice!
I wanna be at AFC 2010 because it’s not daily you get a chance to mingle with fitness pros and plenty of muscle from around the world.
I want to be at Asia Fitness Convention 2010 because I can ogle at muscle-men daily. Okay, I’m joking. It’s gonna be an eye opening experience. Who knows, it might me the catalyst for me to actually seriously consider a career in the fitness industry.

I want to be there but not enough dough.. =)
ARGH! I am late. :(
Aizan: Yes your entry counts.
kennysia: Yes you’re late this time… are you sending your manager this year? Or perhaps – be there yourself this time?
Actually I have sent my PT Manager and one of my Personal Trainers to go for the convention.
I’d love to go myself if *cross fingers* your winners cancelled out on u again this year. haha
