How to Stay Healthy When You Eat Out at the Mamak (tip from Altimet)

by Noel Chelliah on Tuesday, Jan 22, 2013 ·

Carrying on from our series of videos celebrating 2012 & 2013, today, we have Malaysian hip-hop phenomenon Altimet sharing his story. Unknown to many, Altimet was once an overweight person – and today, he has become someone who lives and practices a healthy lifestyle – he always gets his exercise and sleep scheduled in as part of his day (he likes to run), and also makes an attempt to eat healthy whenever he is out. I was also privileged to have Altimet join my Body Transformation Program for 3-months last year – he was one of the fittest in his group and he can really run with those long legs!

Altimet shares a very easy-to-do tip which you can implement right away the next time you visit a mamak, or any restaurant (especially if you sit there for long periods).

Please feel free to share this video and bless someone else’s life as well – and share this health tip with your friends the next time you eat out.

In case you missed the previous videos in this series:

Speak soon,

Noel
