On Monday, I had the privilege to discuss something really up my alley on air in the Health & Living segment on BFM 89.9 – we talked about outdoor exercise!

Having been in the outdoor fitness scene for more than 2 years, and running a thriving outdoor program for both the public and corporate organizations – I can honestly tell you that outdoor exercise is one of the best things you can try if you’d like to get started.
