I truly believe that all of life’s wellness problems can be solved with routine exercise, a healthy diet, and an improved lifestyle.

In 2006, the Malaysian Shape of the Nation (MySon) survey involving 90 medical practitioners all over the nation revealed that an astounding 47.1 per cent of males and 60.2 per cent of females in the country suffer from abdominal obesity, which is associated with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, lipid disorders, diabetes mellitus and heart attacks.

People today are spending more on healthy food, gym memberships, supplements – but they are still heavier today than they have ever been. Where have we gone wrong?
