Special Announcement: The DailyMuscle Body Transformation Camp Launching in July 2010

by dailymuscle on June 11, 2010

Dear readers, as some of you may have already heard from some sources… I’m about to launch my biggest, and most ambitious fitness project yet - the DailyMuscle Body Transformation Camp.

So yes… the RUMOURS are TRUE!! This is really happening - and I’m as excited as most of you are. I am also really thrilled that my dearest clients that I work with, my closest friends, and family are all super-excited about this.

Is This Bootcamp?

One of the frequent questions I get asked is “Is this Bootcamp?” - and since that has been asked so often, there is a need to address that right now.

Well the answer to that is NO, this is not like Bootcamp - because if it is, then I would have called it the DailyMuscle Transformation Bootcamp, right? Although the program will be held in the outdoors on a regular basis and be led by world-class coaches - this isn’t your typical military-style, punish-you-for-not-showing-up kind of thing. Bootcamps typically use disciplinary methods, plenty of loud shouting, and pretty much ‘force’ you to ensure you push yourself - which I believe can sometimes be a bad thing.

Well without revealing too much right now, I just want to assure you that these outdoor workouts are something that you will love even if you are just a beginner and have no interest in ‘bootcamps’ – what I’d like to call pure fat burning gold. Not only that, but all participants will be guided with weekly coaching, tasks, and assignments designed to help make lifestyle changes that will cause you to lose that fat - faster than you thought possible. These are the exact same methods I use with my clients today who all see extraordinary results. In other words… you are not left alone once you leave the class for that day.

Customised Coaching for Men and Women

Realising that Men and Women have different desires, drive, and needs - to further personalize the level of service we give you when you sign up for the Transformation Camp, there is even a customised Coaching Program for Men and Coaching Program for Women that complements your journey. The workouts will be in the same group, powerful and motivational - but the coaching, nutritional strategy, and experience… different!

Set Apart

Of course, there is also a RM5,000 cash prize at stake for the best transformations (Men & Women), but what I personally feel is the most awesome part about the Body Transformation Camp is that the workouts are designed by someone really prominent in the fat loss scene. Someone I consider to be THE EXPERT when it comes to maximizing time and effort for fast results.
HINT: If you’ve been around my blog long enough… you would know who I’m talking about (he’s not Malaysian) ;-)

What To Do Next

Of course, more will be revealed as the days get closer to the launch (including the location, which all I can say for now will be in a very accessible and central area connecting Bangsar, PJ, Damansara, Damansara Perdana, Bandar Utama, and even Subang).

If you’re interested to know more, there is one thing you need to do right now. As the spaces are extremely limited (we are only starting with ONE session at ONE location for now), I do expect it to sell out really fast (most likely in a few hours), the moment I launch in July 2010.

So, to ensure you have the chance to get a spot when I launch, and to be able to sign-up a full 24-hours before I release the program to the general public, head over to The DailyMuscle Body Transformation Camp page and put your name on the Pre-Sale List.

Placing your name on the list is FREE, and you are not obligated to sign-up when the program launches - you will be among the first to know as I announce more updates (location, who are your coaches, contest details, etc) on the Transformation Camp in the days prior to the launch.

So for more details than what you’ve just read here, the page to go to is:

Here’s to a better body this 2010.

Body Scans of Two Women - 250lbs vs 120lbs

by dailymuscle on May 21, 2010

This has been around over the Internet since early this year - but I just thought I’d put it on the blog considering the amount of traffic I get from people interested in fat loss. The image below shows a body scan (if I’m not mistaken, it is a MRI slice), of two women weighing 113kg and 54kg - so no clothes to hide and pretend that everything is fine.

I don’t intend for today’s blog post to deliver facts on weight loss or to explain the dangers of being overweight - so I’m not going to say much except to leave you with a few things to think about at the end of the post. I hope that this would be a wake up call to many if you think you can ‘get off the hook’ by not taking care of your health or ignoring weight gain. [click to continue...]

New Free Advanced Bodyweight Program - The TT Gauntlet Program

by dailymuscle on April 23, 2010

It has been awhile since I’ve given out a freebie hasn’t it?

If you’ve been following my blog for awhile now, you would have realised that I’m a pretty big fan of Turbulence Training, developed by Craig Ballantyne, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), MS. Turbulence Training (TT) is an incredibly effective workout program that will kick-start your fat loss and help you build muscle fast. And if you’ve tried any of his workout programs before - you would be nodding your head now in agreement.

I use variations of Craig’s TT in my own workouts - and also with my clients. They never fail to challenge the individual.

Although there are hundreds, if not, thousands of workout programs out there for sale - TT will always be my favourite simply because of the results I’ve seen it bring on my own physique and on my clients. Moreover, thousands of Personal Trainers worldwide who have used TT with their clients cannot be wrong - it works. [click to continue...]

Getting Leaner - 3 Easy Steps to Progress

by dailymuscle on April 19, 2010

Often, when we embark on an exercise routine to get leaner, we expect the results to be dramatic. Of course, if you stick to a strict eating plan and get plenty of exercise - that could be possible. The reality is that many of us struggle to get a couple of hours of exercise per week, still go about eating junk, sneak in a little snack every now and then even when we’re not hungry…

… and still expect the weight to melt off like butter. If that’s you - then you need to get real and realise that you are your own obstacle. This is important. [click to continue...]

How to Lose Weight by Eliminating Stress

by dailymuscle on March 29, 2010

I’d like to tell you about my friend, K.

You see, K used to be in his ideal weight. But just lately, he has been gaining weight rather quickly - all this without much change to his food intake. The only one thing that stands out about his lifestyle at the moment is that he is on his last year at college, and currently in the midst of a very stressful IT internship.

K is also someone who takes any job given to him very seriously (which is a good thing), but he likes to bring work back home, work overtime (even if he doesn’t get paid for it), and worry himself about everything else at work.

Just last week, he told me he needs new pants cos his existing ones are getting tighter.

Here are some of his other habits: [click to continue...]
